VICE PRESIDENT

Justin joined Macadam Capital Partners in 2022 and works closely with the firm’s Managing Directors to support clients in corporate finance consulting assignments, M&A and capital placement activities.  Justin contributes to the team by performing financial modeling and data analytics, preparing informational marketing materials for capital market transactions, supporting due diligence efforts, and assisting with closing activities. 

EXPERIENCE

Prior to Macadam Capital Partners, Justin had a seven-year commercial banking career working with companies of all sizes in the Pacific Northwest including those that are privately-held, private equity owned and publicly traded. Most recently Justin was a Vice President in the Corporate & Institutional Banking group at PNC, based in Portland. While at PNC, Justin was involved in a wide range of corporate loan transactions for general operating activity, capital expenditures, acquisitions and recapitalizations. Previously, Justin was in the Commercial Banking group at Columbia Bank supporting companies in the agriculture, food and beverage sectors. Justin’s banking experience also includes assignments to underperforming credits and loan workouts. Justin currently resides in Wilsonville with his wife and is active in the community and with industry associations.
